Details: Mary O’Leary from the Posture Studio will be our guest speaker and she will be mainly talking to us about our posture and especially in relation to our work environment. This effects us all and I know we will learn a lot for Mary.
The meeting will be held in the Dunbrody Cafe, New Ross at 7:45am to 9am and the cost is €10.
